煤炭清洁高效转化理论与技术专刊

  煤炭作为我国的主体能源和重要工业原料,在我国能源供应体系中具有“压舱石”作用。正如谢克昌院士所言,煤炭虽然是化石能源,但实现了清洁高效利用的煤炭就是清洁能源。尤其是在“双碳”背景下,推动煤炭清洁高效利用,是保障我国能源安全,促进能源体系向清洁化、低碳化方向发展的重要途径。煤炭清洁高效转化,不仅可以缓解我国能源供应紧张的局面,也是构建我国清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系的必然选择。
  
  在“十二五”末年(2015年),为加快推动能源消费革命,进一步提高煤炭清洁高效利用水平,有效缓解资源环境压力,国家能源局制定了《煤炭清洁高效利用行动计划(2015—2020年)》,提出“依靠科技驱动”,加强基础研究和技术攻关,积极推进将煤炭清洁高效利用重大科学研究和关键技术攻关纳入国家科技重大专项计划,将示范技术列入国家重点研发计划。据此,科技部在“十三五”时期(2016-2020年)组织了“煤炭清洁高效利用”领域重点专项50项,其中2016年12项、2017年17项、2018年18项、2020年3项(山西省定向),依托该类项目,“十三五”期间我国在煤炭清洁高效转化方面涌现出的理论和技术成果达到新高度,也奠定了我国在煤炭清洁高效转化领域科研水平的世界领头羊地位。
  
  在“十四五”开局之年(2021年),我们深感荣幸,受《洁净煤技术》编辑部邀请组织本专刊,展示“十三五”时期国内同行在煤炭清洁高效转化理论与技术方面的部分最新研究进展,促进科研成果转化,与作者、读者共同研讨煤炭清洁高效转化的未来发展方向,共同推进我国煤炭转化过程的新理论、新方法、新技术、新工艺等方面的研究。
  
  本专刊从征稿、审稿到发表恰一年时间,收录了来自国家能源集团、国家电网、南方电网、清华大学、华中科技大学、西安交通大学、东南大学、大连理工大学、华东理工大学、中科院工程热物理研究所、中科院山西煤化所等19家单位27篇文章,包括4篇综述性论文、14篇研究论文、7篇数值模型研究论文和2篇经济性分析论文,对“十三五”时期国内同行在煤炭清洁高效转化理论与技术方面的最新进展进行报道。从投稿论文的单位性质和研究性质,我们可以看出:社会主义建设的新阶段,我国越来越注重技术转化以及大型企业在重大项目研发中的示范效应;研究方法也逐渐从传统试验研究向更深的理论模型研究和更广的软科学政策研究方面拓展。值此专刊正式刊出之际,我们谨代表编辑部对众多学者的踊跃投稿表示感谢,同时也感谢同行专家对稿件认真细致的评阅。希望通过本专刊,进一步促进高等院校、科研院所与企业之间的交流合作,为推动我国能源高效、清洁和低碳利用略尽绵薄之力。
