Coal is China's basic energy and important raw materials, coal industry is related to the national economic lifeline and energy security, to achieve the whole process of coal mining, storage, transportation, combustion, conversion of clean, efficient, minimize the impact on the ecological environment, is the coal industry high-quality development of the inevitable choice, but also the prevention of air pollution and promote the revolution of energy production and consumption. In 2016, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued the "Energy Technology Revolution Innovation Action Plan (2016-2030)", putting forward the key directions and technical roadmaps of energy technology innovation, and deploying a special chapter on the clean and efficient utilization of coal, technological innovation and R&D application tasks. With the upgrading of the "dual carbon" goal to a national strategy, there is a clear timetable for building a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system.
