Factors affecting flotation process of coal slime

In order to research the factors affecting flotation process of coal slime,the flotation process of coal slime were studied by flotation experiments in Wangfenggang,Xinzhuangzi and Qidong coal preparation plants.The influence of coal slime property,collector dosage,ratio of fusel and alkyl glycoside and pulp density on the flotation efficiency were specifically studied. The experimental results show that flotation efficiency of coal slime in Wangfenggang coal preparation plant is the best with dosage of collector 600 g/t,ratio of fusel and alkyl glycoside is 2 ∶ 1,and the pulp density 100 g/L.Additionally,the clean coal yield is 76%,clean coal ash is 13 and floatation perfection is 53.1% in this case.
