    光伏发电现状及退役组件回收研究进展

    Current situation of photovoltaic power generation and research progress on retired component recycling

    • 摘要: 光伏发电是太阳能利用的主要形式和全球能源转型的核心领域。其快速发展在提供可再生能源的同时,也面临早期组件即将大量退役的问题,带来环境污染和资源回收的挑战。介绍了国内外光伏发电现状及晶体硅光伏组件发电原理与结构,重点阐述了EVA胶膜去除方法及硅片和贵重金属提取方法。为了更加高效节能地回收退役光伏组件,采用物理分层、热分层和化学分层对EVA胶膜进行去除,分析对比各方法的优缺点和去除率,结果表明采用合理的方法可以将EVA胶膜完全去除。采用湿法冶金的方法可以回收光伏电池中的绝大多数贵重金属与硅片。相较于其他综述,本文提供了完整的回收流程的研究思路,包含拆卸、模块分层、物料分选以及硅片和金属提取,旨在为退役光伏组件的规模化回收提供合理的建议,从而实现光伏组件绿色回收,保障光伏行业的持续健康绿色循环发展。

       

      Abstract: Photovoltaic power generation is the main form of solar energy utilization and the core area of global energy transformation. Its rapid development not only provides renewable energy, but also faces challenges of environmental pollution and resource recovery due to the imminent retirement of a large number of early components. This article introduces the current situation of photovoltaic power generation at home and abroad, as well as the principle and structure of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules. It focuses on the removal method of EVA film and the extraction of silicon wafers and precious metals. In order to recycle retired photovoltaic modules more efficiently and energy-saving, physical delamination, thermal delamination, and chemical delamination were used to remove the EVA film. The advantages, disadvantages, and removal rates of each method were analyzed and compared. The results showed that using a reasonable method can completely remove the EVA film. The majority of precious metals and silicon wafers in photovoltaic cells can be recovered using wet metallurgy methods. Compared to other reviews, this paper provides a complete recycling process, including disassembly, module layering, material sorting, and silicon wafer and metal extraction, aiming to provide reasonable suggestions for the large-scale recycling of retired photovoltaic modules, thereby achieving green recycling of photovoltaic modules and ensuring the sustainable, healthy, green and circular development of the photovoltaic industry.
