Abstract:
With the advancing construction of green mines, energy conservation and consumption reduction in large electromechanical equipment in coal mines have become a key industry focus. Issues such as high energy consumption and low collaborative efficiency in integrated coal mine production systems are addressed, with cooperative control technology for large electromechanical equipment under green energy-saving objectives explored. By analyzing the energy consumption characteristics of large electromechanical equipment in coal mines, a cooperative control architecture based on IoT sensing, heterogeneous network communication, and cloud platform decision-making is proposed. Additionally, a dynamic priority task scheduling algorithm and an equipment cooperative optimization strategy are designed. Practical applications in Huangling No.1 Mine and Baoan Coal Industry demonstrate that this technology can achieve a 40% reduction in equipment failure rates and an average energy consumption reduction of over 25%, providing effective technical support for the green transformation of coal mines.
