    煤炭制样化验过程中空气干燥分析

    Air-drying analysis in the process of coal sample preparation and testing

    • 摘要: 为厘清煤炭制样和化验过程中的几次空气干燥,从干燥煤样粒度与重量、干燥目的、干燥条件、干燥方法及干燥后煤样的状态等方面,分析了制样过程中3个阶段的空气干燥(取全水样前的空气干燥、取全水样后的空气干燥、粉碎后的空气干燥)和化验过程2个阶段的空气干燥(一般分析试验煤样化验前的空气干燥、全水分煤样测定外在水分时的空气干燥)的区别。并分析了5个阶段空气干燥对煤样水分和煤样温度的影响。对比分析了一般分析试验煤样的2个空气干燥阶段,当制样室温湿度条件与化验室差异较小时,2个空气干燥作用相同,可选择任一阶段进行空气干燥;当制样室温湿度条件与化验室温湿度条件差异较大时,因煤样分析是在化验室进行,所以,应选择化验前进行空气干燥。随着煤炭采制化智能化技术的不断发展,建议开展煤样快速空气干燥技术的相关研究,并将其应用于智能采制化系统中。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the several air drying processes during coal sample preparation and testing, the differences between the three stages of air drying in the sample preparation process (air drying before taking the entire water sample, air drying after taking the entire water sample, and air drying after crushing) and the two air drying processes in the testing process (air drying of coal samples before general analysis and testing, air drying during the determination of external moisture in whole water samples) were analyzed from the aspects of article size and weight of the dried coal sample, drying purpose, drying method, and the state of the dried coal sample. Analyzed the effects of five stages of air drying on the moisture and temperature of coal samples. By comparing and analyzing the two air drying stages of the general analysis test coal sample, it was concluded that when the temperature and humidity conditions of the sample preparation were similar to those of the laboratory, the two air drying effects were the same, and either stage could be selected for air drying. When there was a significant difference in temperature and humidity conditions between the sample preparation room and the laboratory, air drying should be performed before the coal sample analysis, as it was conducted in the laboratory. With the continuous development of intelligent technology in coal mining and processing, it was mining and processing systems.
