    基于线性规划法和随机方向法的多种燃煤掺配模型建立与求解

    Based on the principle of linear programming and random direction method establishment and solution of multi fuel blending model

    • 摘要: 以国内某火电厂现有燃煤为基础,将煤种的热值、挥发分、灰分、水分等指标作为约束条件,以配煤成本为目标函数,建立发电企业配煤优化模型,分别依据线性规划法和随机方向法,应用MATLAB软件求解,得到满足约束条件的企业现有煤种的经济配煤比例,为动力配煤提供新的思路。结果表明两种方法计算结果相近,均可以得到满足约束条件的经济配煤比例和最低成本,随机方向法计算结果略优于线性规划法。同时求解结果可以为电厂购买煤种提供参考,对电厂库存进行提前指导。

       

      Abstract: Based on the existing coal of a thermal power plant in China, taking the calorific value, volatile matter, ash, moisture and other indexes of coal as constraints and the coal blending cost as objective function, the coal blending optimization model of power generation enterprises is established. According to the linear programming method and the random direction method, the MATLAB software should be used to solve the problem, and the economic coal blending proportion of the existing coal of the enterprises meeting the constraints is obtained, It provides a new idea for power coal blending. The results show that the calculation results of the two methods are similar, and the economic coal blending proportion and the lowest cost can be obtained. The results of random direction method are slightly better than that of linear programming method. At the same time, the results can provide a reference for the purchase of coal in power plant and guide the inventory of power plant in advance.
