    废纺热解协同煤粉锅炉耦合发电建模与经济性研究

    Modelling and economic study of coupled power generation from waste spinning pyrolysis with pulverized coal boiler

    • 摘要: 随着废旧纺织品逐年增加,传统的处理方法难以满足日益严格的环保要求和资源化循环利用的需求。废纺热解半焦耦合燃煤机组发电是一种具有工业应用前景的废纺资源化利用技术。通过Aspen Plus搭建的300 MW燃煤机组模拟废纺热解半焦耦合燃煤发电流程,部分热解油气用于干燥和热解过程供热,剩余热解油气送入锅炉掺烧。在此基础上,通过模拟结果和经济性分析表明:300 t/d的废纺处置量下,系统投资回收期为4.65 a,相比于纯煤燃烧每年产生利润1018.11万元。提高半焦掺混比例,可以进一步提高系统经济性,当半焦掺混比例从5%提升至25%时,单位燃料利润由10.37元/MWh提升至37.20元/MWh。敏感度分析表明,废纺价格变动>运输距离变动>碳价价格变动,当预期投资回收期为6 a时,废纺价格和运输距离最高临界值分别为377.27元/t和92.42 km。研究表明废纺热解半焦耦合发电系统风险性较低,为废纺的资源化处理提供了新的技术路径。

       

      Abstract: With the increase of waste textiles year by year, traditional treatment methods are difficult to meet the strict environmental protection requirements and demand for resourceful recycling. Waste spinning pyrolysis char coupled coal-fired power generation is a resource utilization technology of waste spinning with industrial application prospects. A 300 MW coal-fired unit built by Aspen Plus is used to simulate the waste spinning pyrolysis char coupled coal-fired power generation process, with part of the pyrolysis oil and gas used for drying and pyrolysis process heat supply, the remaining pyrolysis oil and gas is sent to the boiler for blending combustion. On this basis, the simulation results and economic analysis show that: with 300 t/d of waste spinning consumption, the system payback period is 4.65 years, which generates an annual profit of 10.18 million yuan compared with pure coal combustion. Increasing the proportion of char blending can further improve the economy of the system, when the proportion of char blending is increased from 5% to 25%, the profit per unit of fuel is increased from 10.37 to 37.20 yuan/MWh. Sensitivity analysis shows that the change of waste spinning price >transport distance >carbon tax price, when the expected payback period is 6 years, the highest critical values of waste spinning price and transport distance are 377.27 yuan/t and 92.42 km. The study shows that the waste spinning pyrolysis char coupled power system is less risky, which provides a new path for the resource treatment of waste spinning.
