    适于内蒙古黄河沿岸盐碱地改良的藻种筛选与评价

    Screening and evaluation of microalgal species suitable for improvement of saline-alkali land along the Yellow River in Inner Mongolia

    • 摘要: 内蒙古地区的盐碱土壤普遍面临氮、磷等营养元素匮乏和显著的盐碱化问题,严重影响农业生产力和生态环境。为应对这些挑战,本研究旨在分离和筛选内蒙古盐碱地中各种生理性能优良的土著微藻,为盐碱地生物修复提供生物资源。从鄂尔多斯市黄河两岸盐碱地采集了15份土壤样品,分离并纯化出21株蓝藻。经过初步生长性能评估,筛选出10株具有固氮和较强固碳能力的藻株,而后对其耐盐碱和干燥复苏性能进行评价,实验结果表明:在中度和重度盐碱条件下,6号和7号藻株展现了卓越的生物质产出和抗逆性,且两者干燥复苏能力尤为突出。此外,藻株在无机磷和有机磷溶解实验中均表现出显著的溶磷能力,表明其在改良土壤磷利用效率方面的潜力。研究认为6号和7号藻株作为具备广泛应用前景的生物资源,可用于盐碱地生态修复与农业生产,具有重要的实践和应用价值。

       

      Abstract: The saline-alkali soils in Inner Mongolia are generally faced with the shortage of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus and significant salinization, which seriously affects agricultural productivity and ecological environment. To cope with these challenges, the study aimed to isolate and screen a variety of indigenous microalgae with excellent physiological properties in the saline-alkali land of Inner Mongolia, so as to provide biological resources for bioremediation of the saline-alkali land. Fifteen soil samples were collected from the saline-alkaline land on both sides of the Yellow River in Ordos City, and 21 strains of cyanobacteria were isolated and purified. After the preliminary growth performance evaluation, 10 algae strains with nitrogen fixation and strong carbon abilities were screened, and then their salinity-alkali tolerance and drying recovery performance were evaluated. The experimental results showed that under moderate and heavy saline-alkali conditions, algal strains No.6 and No.7 showed excellent biomass production and resistance, and both of them had particularly outstanding drying recovery capacity. In addition, the algal strains showed significant phosphorus solubilization capacity in both inorganic and organic phosphorus solubilization experiments, suggesting their potential for improving soil phosphorus use efficiency. The study concluded that algal strains No.6 and No.7 have important practical and applied value as biological resources with wide application prospects for saline-alkaline land ecological restoration and agricultural production.
