    小型垃圾焚烧装置烟气半干法脱酸试验

    Experimental on semi-dry flue gas deacidification for small-scale waste incineration facilities

    • 摘要: 对于乡镇级别的垃圾处理,小型垃圾焚烧处理装置被认为是一种经济且适用的处理方式。针对小型垃圾焚烧处理装置,设计了半干法脱酸系统,探究其对酸性气体的脱除效果。试验结果表明:优化吸收剂喷射方式、提高混合均匀性对吸收效率有显著提升作用。碳酸氢钠在当量比为1.3时,SO2的脱除效率为80%左右,满足脱硫需求的同时具备良好的经济性。试验研究了不同吸收剂、颗粒粒径、反应温度、停留时间以及渗滤液对脱酸效率的影响,这些参数为实际工程应用提供了试验数据和现场应用依据。

       

      Abstract: For waste treatment at the township level, small-scale waste incineration systems are seen as a cost-effective and practical method. To address this, a semi-dry deacidification system was designed specifically for small-scale waste incineration treatments to evaluate its efficacy in removing acid gases. The test results show that optimizing the injection mode of the absorption agent and improving mixing uniformity can significantly enhance absorption efficiency. For instance, with an equivalent ratio of sodium bicarbonate at 1.3, the removal efficiency of SO2 reaches approximately 80%, striking a balance between economic feasibility and desulfurization requirements. Furthermore, the study explored the impacts of various absorbents, reaction temperatures, residence times, and leachate on deacidification efficiency. These parameters provided experimental data and field application basis for practical engineering applications.
