    提高循环流化床锅炉燃烧经济性试验研究

    Experimental study on improving combustion economy of circulating fluidized bed boiler

    • 摘要: 针对燃用高挥发性、高热值煤质的循环流化床锅炉,通过对锅炉运行氧量、一二次风比率、床压、上下层二次风配比进行优化调整,得出锅炉运行中单一因素的变化对锅炉燃烧效率的影响规律。通过组合最优变量工况开展试验运行,降低灰渣可燃物含量,提高锅炉效率。试验结果表明:在370、430 t/h 2种工况下,调整后飞灰可燃物含量比调整前降低1.44%、0.69%,调整后大渣可燃物含量比调整前降低0.26%、0.14%;调整后锅炉效率比调整前提高0.77%、0.42%。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the circulating fluidized bed boiler burning high volatile and high calorific value coal, through the adjustment of the boiler running oxygen, the ratio of primary and secondary air, the bed pressure and the ratio of upper and lower secondary air, the influence law of the change of a single factor in boiler operation on the boiler combustion efficiency was obtained. Through the combination of optimal variable operating conditions, the content of fly ash fuel was reduced and the boiler efficiency was improved. The test results show that under 370 and 430 t/h conditions, the combustible content of fly ash after adjustment is reduced by 1.44% and 0.69%, and the combustible content of slag after adjustment is reduced by 0.26% and 0.14% compared with that before adjustment. After adjustment, the boiler efficiency increased by 0.77% and 0.42% compared with that before adjustment.
