    基于改变煤尘润湿性的煤尘防治技术研究进展

    Research progress on coal dust prevention and control technology based on changing the wettability of coal dust

    • 摘要: 基于煤炭开采和加工过程中产生煤尘的危害,论述了煤尘润湿性是影响煤尘防治效果的重要因素。分析了影响煤尘润湿性的主要因素:煤尘粒度及粒度分布、化学组成、煤变质程度、表面电性。阐述了基于改善煤尘润湿性的煤层注水技术和溶液喷雾技术,并探讨了表面活性剂改变煤尘润湿性的机理,同时列举了复配新型表面活性剂在我国的应用情况。在此基础上,展望未来煤尘防治技术必将向智慧化、协同化、环保化方向发展。

       

      Abstract: Starting from the hazards of coal dust generated during the coal mining and processing, it was discussed that the wettability of coal dust was an important factor affecting the effectiveness of coal dust prevention and control. The main factors influencing the wettability of coal dust were analyzed: coal dust particle size and particle size distribution, chemical composition, coal metamorphic degree, and surface electricity. The coal seam water injection technology and solution spraying technology based on improving the wettability of coal dust were elaborated, and the mechanism by which surfactants changed the wettability of coal dust was discussed. Meanwhile, the application situations of compounded new surfactants in China were listed. On this basis, it was predicted that future coal dust prevention and control technologies would surely develop in the directions of intelligence, synergy, and environmental protection.
