    煤焦碳还原制备一氧化碳研究

    Research on the preparation of carbon monoxide by carbon dioxide reduction from coal char

    • 摘要: 随着人类对能源需求的不断加大,大量CO2被排放到大气中,导致地球气候和生态系统平衡严重破坏。将CO2与煤焦还原为CO,对于CO2的大规模利用十分必要,也是当前CO2化学利用最有价值的途径之一。以麦秆半焦作为催化剂,搭建固定床实验系统,考察麦秆半焦催化内蒙古煤焦碳还原反应特性。考察温度、气氛组成、反应停留时间等对CO2转化率和选择性影响。结果表明:在1300 ℃和10% CO2浓度下,麦秆半焦催化煤焦CO2碳还原转化率及CO含量分别提升至91.94%和94.95%。

       

      Abstract: With the continuous increase in human energy demand, a large amount of CO2 is emitted into the atmosphere, leading to serious disruption of the Earth’s climate and ecosystem balance. Reducing CO2 and coal char to CO is essential for the large-scale utilization of CO2 and is currently one of the most valuable pathways for CO2 chemical utilization. Using wheat straw semi-char as a catalyst, a fixed bed experimental system was established to investigate the catalytic characteristics of wheat straw semi-char in the carbon reduction reaction of Inner Mongolia coal char. The effects of temperature, atmosphere composition, and reaction residence time on CO2 conversion rate and selectivity were investigated. At 1300 ℃ and 10% CO2 concentration, the conversion rate and CO content of wheat straw semi char catalyzed coal char carbon reduction were increased to 91.94% and 94.95%, respectively.
