    基于Aspen Plus煤粉工业锅炉污染物排放分析

    Pollutant emission performance analysis of pulverized coal industrial boiler based on Aspen Plus

    • 摘要: 为了研究煤粉工业锅炉污染物(NOx、SOx)排放特性,利用工程软件Aspen Plus建立煤粉工业锅炉系统流程,采用不同模块对煤粉燃烧、烟气换热、锅筒蒸发和烟灰分离过程进行模拟,采用Aspen Plus灵敏度分析工具研究锅炉给风量、投煤量、碳转化率及炉膛表压等重要参数对污染物生成的影响。结果表明,当给风量为21300 m3/h(空气过量系数1.82)或投煤量42.5 kg/min时污染物生成量达到最大;碳转化率提高能够明显增加NOx排放量,但对SOx影响不明显;炉膛表压处于负压范围内时对污染物生成几乎无影响。

       

      Abstract: In order to study NOx,SOxemission performance of pulverized coal industrial boiler,the main processes of the system including coal combustion,heat transfer of the flue gas,water evaporation in the drum and ash separation were modeled by engineering software Aspen Plus. The sensitivity analysis tool in Aspen Plus was used to discuss the pollutant characteristics influenced by air volume,coal flow rate,carbon conversion and furnace gauge pressure. The results showed that pollutant emission reached the maximum when the air volume was 21300 m3/ h,the excess air coefficient was 1. 82,or the coal flow rate was 42. 5 kg / min. Carbon conversion promoted the emission of NOxsignificantly,while the affects on SOxwas not significant. The furnace gauge pressure had no effects on pollutant emission when it was in the zone of negative pressure.
