    望峰岗选煤厂中煤和矸石稀介质处理工艺改造

    Optimization of dilute medium processing system of middlings and gangue in Wangfenggang coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为提高选煤厂介质回收率,分析了望峰岗选煤厂中煤和矸石稀介质回收处理工艺存在的问题,结合煤质特性对工艺进行优化改造。结果表明,矸石易泥化造成稀介质中含有大量难沉降高灰细泥是原工艺系统中煤产品灰分高,发热量低,煤泥水处理压力大,循环水质差的主要原因。将原有中煤和矸石稀介质分开,增加旋流器组和弧形筛处理矸石稀介质的磁选尾矿能有效避免高灰细泥对中煤的污染,减轻煤泥水处理量和压力,保证循环水质量。改造后中煤灰分降低4.5%,发热量提高1.51 MJ/kg,吨原煤收益增加2.44元,每年增加收入约900万元。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve medium recovery,the problems of dilute medium processing system of middlings and gangue in Wangfenggang coal preparation plant was analyzed. The process was transformed based on coal properties. The gangue was easy to degrade in water,so there was a large number of high- ash fine slime which was difficult to settle. The slime led to high- ash products,low calorific value,large treatment capacity of system and poor circulating water. The transformation was that separating middling and gangue dilute medium,treating the magnetic tailings by adding cyclone and sieve bend. After transformation,the ash of middlings reduced by 4. 5% and the calorific value increased by 1. 51 MJ / kg. The raw coal revenue increased by RMB 2. 44 per ton,the plant increased economic benefits by RMB9 × 106 one year.
