高效煤粉工业锅炉低氮控制技术

摘要: 借鉴国内外主流低氮减排技术,通过对原有技术优化升级,开发出新一代煤粉锅炉NOx联合控制技术,进一步发掘了煤粉燃烧器的低氮潜力,并将煤气化空气无级分级低氮燃烧与烟气再循环技术进行耦合。经工业试验验证,应用后锅炉尾气NOx排放可达200 mg/m3以下,结合SNCR烟气脱硝技术,NOx排放可降到100 mg/m3以下。通过以上低氮措施,煤粉锅炉系统NOx控制水平得到提升,满足并优于国家最新环保标准。Abstract: NOxemission reduction technology of efficient pulverized coal fired industrial boiler was developed through drawing from advanced NOxemission reduction technologies at abroad. The coal gasification air classification of low NOxcombustion and flue gas recycling technologies were coupled. Through industrial test,it was found the technology decreased the NOxemission of boiler below 200 mg / m3 which could be kept under 100 mg / m3 by combining the coupled technology with SNCR flue gas denitration technology. The transformation improved NOxemission control ability of pulverized coal fired industrial boiler and met the new environmental protection standards of China.
