    城郊选煤厂末原煤均质化生产实践

    Slack coal homogenization in Chengjiao coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 分析了城郊选煤厂末原煤生产控制情况,说明其主要存在末原煤掺矸不均,影响原煤煤质;斗子提升量低,设计安装角度大,导致末原煤质量严重过剩;系统维护、检修安全隐患高;掺配系统反应滞后,质量控制能力差;设备多,动力消耗大、效率低等问题。通过实施末原煤掺配系统改造、末原煤产品质量自动控制改造、煤质异常时末原煤均质化实施方案3项措施,实现了数字化、自动化控制代替人为控制,稳定了末原煤生产质量,消除了安全隐患,降低了职工劳动强度;从根本上解决了末原煤质量过剩问题,有效进行极限化管理,实现经济效益最大化。改造后,选煤厂增加效益2169万元,末原煤均质化生产技术延伸至全国后,可增加收入24.73亿元,经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: The slack coal production of Chengjiao coal preparation plant had the following problems: the lifting capacity of coal tub was low,its blending effects was poor.Wide installation angle led to surplus slack coal.There were lots of potential safety hazard during system maintenance.Delayed response of blending system brought about noneffective quality control.Redundant and inefficient equipments consumed tremendous extra energy.Stabilize the slack coal production by transforming blending system and products quality automatic control system,homogenizing slack coal quality when it is abnormal.The transformation realize digitization and automation,eliminate safety hazard,reduce the labor intensity.The preparation plant increases economic benefits by 2.169 ×107 yuan,if this technology was used nationwide,it would increase by 2.473×109 yuan.
