脱硫型水煤浆脱硫特性的研究

摘要(Abstract):

选用碳酸钙、碳酸钡2种脱硫剂,在ZCL固硫仪上分别进行了水煤浆和粉煤的燃烧脱硫试验,试验结果表明:水煤浆的脱硫率优于同种粉煤。研究认为:水煤浆的脱硫率之所以高于同种粉煤,是由于水煤浆中水分的蒸发,使炉内反应气氛与粉煤不同,炉内CO的含量相对减少,可以降低脱硫产物的分解速度;水分蒸发后形成微孔结构,有利于提高脱硫反应的速度。
Selected calcium carbonate,barium carbonate as desulfurizer,having performed the experiment to take off the S which were included in coal-water slurry and coal powder under burning conditions in the ZCL desulfurization apparatus.The results show that desulfurization rate of coal-water slurry is superior to the same kind of coal.The reason is that there is a reduction in the carbon dioxide content of the camp stove along with the reduction of water included in coal-water slurry.This can reduce the rate of desulfurization products.Porous structure can formate after evaporation that will help improve the desulfurization rate of the reaction.
